bailey’s residencies:
A recurring Bailey’s presence inside your office, agency, studio, hotel, or company space. Same place, familiar faces, and something your people actually look forward to. Available monthly or more frequently, with rotating seasonal drinks and optional custom branding.

bailey’s events:
You host. We’ll bring the coffee. Weddings, company events, birthdays, private parties, conferences, celebrations, and everything in between. Bailey’s brings the setup, drinks, team, and experience so you have one less thing to think about.

A custom-built coffee cart, La Marzocco GS3 espresso machine, Mahlkönig grinder, water and filtration system, hot-water sink, refrigeration, cups and service supplies, coffee and ingredients, professional baristas, plus full setup and breakdown.

you provide

We’ll need a 7′ × 7′ operating area, access to standard power, easy load-in access, and a covered setup if rain is in the forecast.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Bookings start at $1,000, with a three-hour service minimum and a 50-guest minimum. Pricing scales based on guest count, service time, and customization. Give us the details and we’ll send over a tailored quote.

  • A 7′ × 7′ area. The cart itself is 4′10″ wide, 2′6″ deep and 3′ tall.

  • We can accommodate events of just about any size. For events with more than 100 guests, we’ll typically bring additional baristas to keep service moving smoothly. Additional staffing is reflected in the final quote.

  • Both! If rain is in the forecast, we’d just ask that the space be covered so we can keep the setup and equipment protected.

  • Orange County and Los Angeles are home. Anything past that, send us the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

  • 30-60 days is ideal. Shorter timelines are often possible — just ask.

  • We carry business insurance and can send a certificate for your venue upon request.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event.
